I know what it's like to look strong on the outside while quietly unraveling on the inside.

For decades, I loved people in addiction. I tried to fix, rescue, rationalize, and rise above it all. But somehow along the way, I lost me.

I've been through two marriages that didn't survive the disease of alcoholism. The chaos, denial, and emotional isolation became a silent pattern—and for too long, I thought it was "my job" to hold it all together.

After years of navigating trauma, codependency, and silence, I found my way back—through healing work, spiritual practice, and self-trust. That's why I created Alchemy for the Secret Pain You Carry—to offer the kind of support I wished I had when I felt most alone.

I believe healing isn't about fixing what's broken—it's about reclaiming what's always been whole.

I believe in truth-telling, nervous system soothing, soulful boundaries, and beauty in the mess.

And I believe that when women rise in compassion and clarity, the world shifts.

• Drinking coffee at a local coffee shop - because COFFEE!
•  Working a couple shifts in the bookstore side of a local cafe and bookstore. I meet the most wonderful humans there
• Walking or hiking in beautiful Marin County
• Talking to my plants
• Cheering on other women doing brave healing work
